Main floor - Living room with TV and Sofa and Split Type AC.

Dining room has a 6 sitting capacity table. Kitchen has a 3 sitting breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, pots and pans, dinnerware and glassware. A 110 Volt outlet is available in the bar area, all other outlets run on 220 Volts. Lots of lights inside and outside the house, all LED. (Electricity, gas and water consumption is separate at renter’s expense)

Second Floor - Private bedrooms and bathrooms.

Full Central Water Heater and Filtration System.

Brand New Split air-conditioning for the main floor.

Brand New Wall unit air-conditioning in the Master Bedroom.
